False Case,Jailed For 2 Month,Government Job?

Sir,I am prepairing for chhatisgarh state service exam.In 2009, I was cheated in two different cases act 392 & 394. Because of these cases, I had to go to jail for 2 months. Later, I was acquitted in three cases but given benefit of doubt even all are false cases.Sir, am I eligible for a government job? Can I appeal to the High Court to remove the benefit of doubt to clean acquittal?
