In 138 NIA case, accused got bail, I, the complainant, checked that adhar card of surity was bogus. On my request , court ordered for verification of bail. As per police report, surities do not reside at the given address. Inspite of several notices, surities did not appear in the court.Then, accused submitted fresh surities. We have filed application in the court for FIR and legal action against surities and accused for cheating and forgery with the court. But the court has not made any order on our application. How can we proceed that the court take legal action in the matter.
