Need advice. My SIL provided a photocopy of her PAN card for the Arya Samaj wedding that took place last June. We later checked and found that first and foremost that the PAN card never existed. The DOB mentioned was also wrong. She claimed to be 1983 born where as it turned out that she is 1978 born. We also found that she has a middle name that was missing from the photo copy. This middle name is neither her fathers or brothers. All our attempts about finding her earlier marital status have ffailed.
We would like to know
1) Can we file divorce case based on the fake DOB? Is it a strong enough point?
2) Can we somehow question her middle name? As to who is this guy? what relation she had/has? If yes, what is the procedure for the same?
3) Can divorve and criminal case be filed simultaneously? Will filing these cases simultaneously be beneficial.
Pls guide us.......my brother & family is under tremendous stress.SIL she would not give divorce to my brother under any cost......
