Fabricated document

I have filed a case in Company Law Board Chennai Bench with respect to a case related to cheating by other directors by ousting me from the directorship

They have submitted fabricated certificate of postings which can be proved beyond doubt/

What is the correct procedure to be followed?

Should I file another case in CLB or should I Bring the matter before CLB or criminal court in Kochi where the fabrication has taken place

Thanks and Regards

Arun

If you are 100% sure the documents produced by the directors are fabricated then you can initiate criminal proceedings against them. Let me know what is fabricated in the documents?

I am sure that the certificate of posting is a fabricated one because

1. One of the date seal in one certificate of posting is date of holiday

2. One of the stamp used in certificate of posting was released only on a later date

My query is since the case is before CLB where should i initiate criminal proceeding?

Before CLB or local court and what are the procedures?

Dear Arun,

Both Civil proceedings and Criminal proceedings are different and independent to each other and not binding on each other. You can file criminal case against other director also and get FIR registered this will not hamper your CLB proceedings.
