There were a few dis-gruntled members against one article about Rape by the person in a fiduciary position.
One Senior Advocate ( Senior by years of practise and not state designated ) told me a few years ago that he meets female clients directly at the court and avoids meeting them in his chambers ( office / firm ).
I did not ask him WHY.
I knew the answer too very well. The risk involved.
Many Normal Advocates with family and children, prefer to live life just the way we do.
Simple Life, with it's usual cycle of joy and sorrow and mostly treading the middle-path without resorting to the extremes.
But there are some black sheep and these are the ones that the general public needs to be careful of.
It is always better TO BE SAFE THAN SORRY and to always adopt the policy of
PREVENTION IS BETTER THAN CURE.
