Extracting a court order on urgent basis

During society handover, the builder has not handed over the complete set of certified/true copies of all important sanction plans, maintenance account audit report, parking layout etc. I have heard there is a provision to file a case with the sole purpose of getting a court order to direct the builder to provide the requested documents within x number of days. There is no hearing required as such because we simply need the court to pass an order and it can be done on urgent basis. Request the experts to suggest under which type of court such matters are taken up, which sections need to be applied and how we can get such an order on urgent basis
