Extra charge of carry bag

Today I purchased something from Vishal mega mart. They charged me rs14 extra for Carry bag. The carry bag had logo of vishal mega mart printed on it. When I objected they forced me to pay on which I paid. I had bill of that purchase. Can I go to consumer court for this extra charge or not? Reply please

There is another side of the story that plastic carry bags pose an environment threat and hence the bags are charged extra to encourage consumers to reuse the bags. However, there could be cause to agitate as the shop's logo is displayed on the bag.
