Export against advance licence

Dear Sir,

An advance  licence has been taken against the export order and want to export the goods by paying excise duty from our cenvat a/c. under claim for refund of duty. Shall we remove the goods as per this procedure or Is it mandatory to export the goods under Bond if advance licence is taken against the order. please confirm.

Dear Asha Dev,

You can export the products on payment of duty from cenvat under claim for rebate.

Pl. note there is a restriction under the notification governing advance Authorization scheme ( condition v or viii - Pl. check) to claim rebate of duty paid on the materials used in the export product . This restriction is not applicable for payment of duty ( Terminal Excise Duty ) on the export value under claim for rebate.
