Dear experts
Need an advice not be defaulter in CIBIL.
We have a joint Home loan for under construction and unregistered property/villa in Chennai. and we are unemployed now.
We are married couple need your kind opinion/advice to get out of it, with less pain.
What are the options available, like are we allowed to sell the villa to some else? if we find a buyer?
1) How could the builder help in selling the property to someone else? if so, kindly elaborate the ways
2) Is there really a way by which we could close the Home Loan by selling to some else?
3) What would be the impact like pros and cons when the event of default?
4) and importantly how much time we have? we did miss Oct 2017 EMI?
We know we are running out of time, due to our difference of opinion.
