Experience certificate in case of LWP

Hi, I want to know if I have joined in 2001 in an intermediate college affiliated to UP board, then took Leave Without Pay from 2004 to 2005 (1year), rejoined in 2005 and left service in 2009, what would be my total experience (in years) as per law

From DOJ-DOL. Approved leave including LOP is counted in continuous service.
