I filed a civil suit with reference to an agriculture land on my brother. And my brother as defendent did not respond to the legal notice and not coming to the court at all.So, what will be the next step?Does the court will give exparty orders in my favour or anything else , i need to go ahead. Please suggest me.

Court can give ex-parte order on the basis of available evidence and on the merits of the case. It may or may not be in your favour.

Exparty means if any opposite party choose not to present or appear in court then the case will be go in other party favor

An ex-parte order need not necessarily be in favour of the party present in the court.
