Accused on bail for offenses u/s 279, 337, 338 IPC and 181, 192, 196 M.V.Act and has already taken exemption twice. Now Accused filed an application u/s 205 Cr.P.C. for permanant exemption which is now listed for reply.
Charge framed by CJM court has diluted police report and charged only 279, 337 IPC. PP assured amendment of charge but did not even apply for it and 2 dates are already given now.
May I know if I can file on my own, an application for amendment of charge by correcting the errors and also reply to application u/s 205 Cr.P.C.
