My wife had filed a execution petition, I never recieived summon, I got this information from a common friend. what to do now? Its almost 2 lac arrears will come.
Once i received the summon what i should do?
I dont have Job now.
will court will compel to pay the money?

If you do not pay the dues the court will send you to jail till the time the dues in the execution petition are fully paid.
Best course in to appear in the court with one fourth or half the amount in the bank draft form and pay that to her and get further date for repayment of balance in installments.

Can i avoid paying the amount? can i set aside the exparte maintance?

No way you can avoid payments. The onus is on you to prove that you did not avoid proceedings wilfully.
