Execution petition

A has filed a suit in sr. civil court and got decree for spcific performance of contract. I filed an appal in th addl. district court and the matter is pending. The suit is based on false agreemnt of sale and forged signature. Appel made under sec.45 of evidnce act. By virtue of agreement of sale I sold the property to my brothr by taking advance and he filed a suit and got decree for refund of the amount without interst. My brothr knows about the previous litigation and then enterered the agreement. Now he filed EP and his lawyer filed rule 21 order 64,66. I am yet to receive sale notice. how can i proceed in the matter. Actually i intend to dispose the proprety. Pl guid me how to file counter.
