Execution petition

When Execution petition is executed by the Honorable principal District judge by freezing the all account heads of official judgment debtors. Can any appeal against execution will be allowed by higher court, if judgment debtors want to do so. The execution petition has been filed after more than sixty days after passing of Decree.

Yes, Judgment debtor can appeal in the high court on certain valid grounds showing all the possible reasons to believe that the decree passed by the District Court is not correct .
The grounds for appeal needs to be valid and lawfull.
