we r decree holder in Rcop. we filed an EP in 2012 ,for delivery of possession of suit mentioned propertry. the respondent filed APPEAL WITHOUT DEPOSITING the award amount .till date 1/3/2016,respondent did not get stay order,and so respondent could not produce stay order in the lower court. can EP allowed for delivery of possession by the lower court,for long delay to produce stay order or keepon pending till stay order received form lower court.
