Dear Sir/Madam,
The executor of the will is refusing to execute and is also refusing to relinquish his rights. Meanwhile, the movable properties in the will have been used. What should be done now? Can the will be discredited?

The beneficiaries of the Will can file an application in the court in this regard.
What can be done depends upon who used up the properties.

Thank you mam. It is an old will. The first meeting with the executor was in 1997. Can the beneficiaries still file an application to the court or is it time barred?
