Execution of decree

Decree has been passed by the small cause court, Mumbai. Decree holder does executed the decree and died. After the death of decree holder his LRs would like to make an application for execution of decree. Decree has been passed on the year 2009 and now structure is demolished naturally. How can i execute the decree? There is any rulling pertaining to execution of decree of demolished premises?
