Dear Readers, I need to ask your expert opinion & judgement call, Execution of a judgment in civil case abroad with country being a "reciprocating territory" would could I stop more damage to myself in India , how do I get the information on the summons as presently I am residing outside the country , plus would I held at Airport when flying in due to a possible case agnist me at the courts with support from the Execution from overseas ! would I be allowed to renew my passport ! as the case is simple of debt unpaid due to losses over the period of work tenure , Please advice !
