Need your help in below query.

We have two plots, on which 4 shops are build (equal 2  on each plot). Now 1 shop on each plot is on my father name and other 2 are on my brothers name. Its like alternately My father and brother own 1-1 shop on each plot.

Now they both want to exchange the shops in such a way that 1 should own, both the shops of single plot and other should own other complete plots...

Is it possible to do this my using hak tyag or we need to go for exchange ? Or s there any other way to do this?
