Excess of service tax amount can be adjusted of shortfall payment of sbc

On filling ST-3 (service tax) on april, 25th , it was rejected due to shortfall payment of SBC . We paid the excess payment of service tax and shortfall payment of SBC. How can we adjusted of Excess payment of service to short fall payment of SBC . What is the solution and how will approach to filling of ST-3
