Evidence on affidavit

Whether any person, other than the Complainant himself can adduce evidence on affidavit u/s 145 of NI Act? Learned experts please update some rullings in this regard.

Dear Iqbal sahab

The section 145 of NI Act is modelled on the basis of the Delhi High Court's Judgment BIPS Systems Ltd v. State 93 (2001)DLT 10.

The cdomplainant can give his evidence by way of an Affidavit and the same may be attached with the complaint.
