My wife filed petition for interim Maintenace in which she mentioned that she is not working. She is very active on social media so through some of her relative's google+ account, I got her latest picture in which she is celebrating her company's quarterly DJ party. Is this proof sufficient to file perjury or I have to wait for some more proof?

She could simply be a guest.... IMHO you need more substantial proof than that....

1. Do you know the name of the company .
2. If so you can summon her employer .
3. You can summon the employer and aske for their bank statements in which the salary being deposited into your wifes account would be reflected .
4. if you know into which account of your wife her salry is being deposited you can call for those documents .
5. Last of all Hire a detective and get the required details .
