Hi sirs,
I am pursuing a case in the District consumer forum in Bangalore. I was asked to submit the evidence affidavit. Can someone please explain in simple terms what this means? Can you also please let me know what happens after I file the evidence affidavit?

1. File your statement in form of "Affidavit" and attach all the documnetary evidences duly marked exhibits, indexed properly paper number wise.
2. The Affidavit is final and conclusive for purpose of final orders.
