Euthanasia petition in delhi high court

Hello, as per this document https://www.lawyersclubindia.com/news/Comprehensive-Guidelines-on-Passive-Euthanasia-14956.asp#.VV2jtLmqqko SC has directed that Euthanasia applications can be submitted to Delhi high court bench for persual. Can any member here from Delhi High Court tell me the procedure and what all epenses if any involved. Thanx

Do you want to be petitioner-in-person?

Otherwise, find a lawyer who practices there.

@ BSrao, Yes I am and am not in a state to consult a lawyer due to obvious health and mnetary issue. Sir if you tell me the basic procedure. Thanx

If monetary constraints are involved you can approach Delhi High Court Legal Aid to seek assistance. Incidentally DHC going on vacation in June. Given the health issue if you provide your case details / financial capacity etc on my email guptajeetender@gmail.com, I can check from Legal aid committee.
