Hello Sir, i have query regarding ESI/PF. one of my client who is running vegetable business all over india wanted to give some benefits to his farmers who work for his business.Can he register under ESI/PF ?. may i know whether registration can be done online ?. Can am accountant do this registration or do we require some professionals to do this ?please help sir .

If there is employer employee relationship between the company and the farmers, then they are covered under PF and ESI Act provided other factors match too.

Registration can be done online.

Accountant or anyone having knowledge can do online registration. You may hire professionals/ consultants too.
