Error in ec but sale deed ok

I registered a plot last week. The village where plot is available mentioned in EC different village name but sale deed it is correct. Online EC and online registration search showing wrong village name. Sale deed ok. What is the procedure to correct it. How much time and cost it will be? I hope rectification sale deed not required because sale deed is ok. Shall I pay again registration charges? please advice me. Registration in Hyderabad.
