sir, my father name is " Gangadhar Mahto" . but in my all educational certificates his name is " Gangadhar Kumar Mahto " ...an extra middle name has added in his name in my certificate....
will it crate any problem in getting government job in future...

Who has entered the name wrong; your father, you or school/college!
Do you have the copies submitted to the school college.
All these years correction could have been applied for.
The esablishment where you wish to submit may agree upon getting declaration or by affidavit..
