Equal pay for equal work

Dear All, Could you guide me as to what Hon'ble Supreme Court latest ruling says on "Equal Pay for Equal Work" in respect of permanent employee of Central/State Government working on higher post for more than 10 years on regular basis but getting pay of lower post.  Secondly, Hon'ble Supreme Court judgment on Petitioners/Respondents filing false affidavit / Statement in Court.
