Respected sir,
my father is 52 years old ,he is working in BHEL as contract worker. now he wants to take amount from EPF, For constructing new house.his monthly income is just 10,000 only now he has about 107500 rs .balance in EPF ACCOUNT, please tell me how take amount from EPF, WHAT ARE the forms,and documents we have to need.

employer is under no obligation to guide. his obligation ends with attestation of rorm.

The employer gets various forms free of cost and free guidance in case of any matter from EPFO.
