The Jharkhand Entry Tax on consumption or use of Goods Act 2011 is about to send out a strong signal to bottomline.While the constitution upholds state's right, such state level discrimination is not business friendly. Is there any legal recourse available or SC case Laws to challenge this.
Please advise urgently.

With regard to Entry Tax none of the political parties are fighting,including the so called communist,it is against the Fundmental right,RIGHT TO TRADE,,ENTRY TAX is directly burdening the CONSUMER,the GOVERNMENT WANTS to feed its GOVT employees with THE SWEAT AND BLOOD of the POOR and middle class.
NO SOCIALISITIC APPROACH.
