Enquiry regarding legal guardian format for unsound mind person

May someone tell the provision for the appointment of legal guardian (parent) for "unsound mind person"?? There is direct provisions for the appointment of legal guardian for "minors", but nothing available for unsound mind persons. If someone get the provisions, please provide a format of the plaint/petition. Thanks in advance.

Normally there is no provision for appointment of unsound mind person.

Regarding Mental Health Act 1987 , application is required to be made to Dist. Judge .

It is 30-40 pages booklet  and I feel all section are imp. while dealing with this case. It can not be reproduced in one page kindly read it
