Judgment is likely to be pronounced on said date.

Apparently your side has not been able to prove.

Your own lawyer must have already appraised you.

When you walk into your workplace each day, do you look ahead to running along with your group? Uni Coursework Writing Service Sharing all the new thoughts youve were given for your head since the previous day? And giving the great you can? this is what's worker engagement. even though its a term commonly used by HR personnel, managers and team leaders want to personally focus on this more, since their actions will directly impact how engaged the employees are.

What it means is that the defence has brought in no evidence, the evidence taking is closed and the case is posted for judgement.

But on the date of judgement, the 7th, due to pressure of work on the part of the judge, the delivery of judgement could not be made and the case is adjourned to 12th of this month for judgement.

If the petitioner has produced convincing evidence, the case will go in his favour. Otherwise it will be dismissed and therefore the situation prior to the case will remain in force.
