I am working for a govt. aided/semi-aided college for last 11 years without any break. My recruitment was based on Ad-Hoc basis with personal unofficial interview with out any official letter supporting engagement. I am paid my salary through Bank A/c, my EPF is also started. I would like to know weather the college is eligible to sack me without any cause? Also please help me to know, how I can raise my voice against some issues related to unequal post and salary division in the institution with poor salary structure. Please help me.
