Hi,

One of my friend is working in an Immigration consultancy. She joined there on 15 Feb, 2012 and was told that she would be given the appointment letter after the prohibition period of 3 months. Now when she is demanding for the salary the employeer is not ready to give the salary. What can be done in this case. But she can prove that she was an employee as there are a few documents present in the office which contain her signature and can be an evidence that she is the employee there.

Please help she is in real need of money, Please suggest what can be done in this condition?
