An company i.e, KUIDFC which has head quarters in bangalore gets project in mangalore in year 2002 and keeps few staff directly by paying in hand and in may be 2003-04 gets gold line agency and keeps these staff which increases upto 25 employees and when this agency does not pay properly in the year 2008 changes this agency to Sainik welfare co-operative society which takes over these same employees and does an agreement with the employer i.e., KUIDFC. But they prepare agreement only once and they dont even increase salary upto year 2014. Now in this year 2014 the KUIDFC, Mangalore decides to close the agreement made to Sainik Welfare society and prepares a letter stating to take back their employees as the project is ending on 30.06.2014. The agency takes a xerox of the letter prepared by KUIDFC and asks the employees to sign on the xerox letter.
My question is
1. If the employees have signed on the xerox copy of the letter what are its consequences?
2. Is it right to give xerox copy letter or is it legally right on the part of the agency?
3. If one or two have not signed on it what are the consequences can the employee claim for anything.
4 Can the employees claim for any thing, they have not even got gratuity, bonus, only PF and ESI
