Hi Sirs,
one of our employee has taken the salary n didnt come from next day. sent the mail of resignation and asking for relieving & experience cert. we have given him a letter in that we have mentioned either resignation/termination in probation 1 month notice. he was one of the key person for that project now suddenly he left.. project is held up. its of lakhs project, now we go about this.
Can anyone help me in handling this particular issue, how can we go ....
