My name is Bibhas Patra. I am 32 years old.
'A', 'B' & 'C' are my three elder step brothers. They have a gift deed from their own late mother. 'B' & 'C' have given share to me vide new gift deed from there share when I was born. 'A' didn't give any share to me.
Now, I have purchased the unpartitioned possession balance share of 'C' from him in 2014 vide registed sale deed. He left the house.
That, whole land is still undivided.
I want seperate possession as per my deeds because 'A' & 'B' are harrassing me to kick me out.
Please advice what steps should I do at the earliest to save my land and to be seperate from these bad peoples.
