Eligiblity of gratuity

I AM A DISMISSED EMPLOYEE OF A NATIONALISED BANK. THEN THE ORDER WAS CHANGED TO COMPULSORY RETIREMENT. AM I ELIGIBLE FOR GRATUITY OR NOT AND IF SO IS THERE ANY OTHER LIMIT?

Contact your association, as the charge provided is "fraud" you are not entitled to Gratuity.  Download Gratuity Act and find it out yourself.
