Eligibility for practice

I am going to retire in 2014 ,law graduate passout year 1976 .Can I start practice in uttarakhand courts after that?.Am i eligible?As gov. restrictions were on way in respect of retired person's eligibilty.

If not what is the criteria for that.

Sir,

You can practice after retirement. There is no restriction by law. You can get yourself registered with Bar Council of Uttarakhand after payment of extra fee fixed for retired persons.
