Dear Sir,

I am residing at Vikhroli - Mumbai.

In our society Chairman left by selling her flat in 2005. Secretory expired 15 days back (May 2012) & treasurer still there but nobody has excecuted M-20 Bond.

Can a member call meeting for election ? or

How to call election of new Managing Committe withing society in 1st case if we dont want to approach Dy.Registrar now or it is must ?

 

Please guide.
