previouslyi worked as an asistant engineer in state govt & join centrail PSU after resign with proper ng relieving certificate.I also ttook NOC from state govt to attend the interview after written exam..my service duration june 2007 -june 2008(executive trainee),2008-2014(asistant engineer)
In my openion it,s not a technichal resignation via DOPt 1986 circular.
My query.
1.weather i am entitled for encashement of earned leave in my account.
2.I joined atate govt as an executive trainee ,stipend @10000pm.After completing 1 year training period i appointed as an Asistant engineer.my querty weather such training period is qualifying service for graduity .
kindly answer the above query with valid circular.
