Hi guys dis is santosh,im staying in first floor of my apartment.In third floor there lives a family of 3 . Father,mother and son.his balcony is exactly above the entrance gate,and no grills for balcony.He keeps wet clothes on balcony wall and keeps an iron hammer on that so that they do not fall down.I have warned him many times that if big air comes hammer may fall.He feels ego so much .He haven't taken the hammer.I want give police complaint,but,if I give they are very cunning,they will also give some women harresment complaint on me.To satisfy their ego.Please suggest me some solution.Thanks in advance.
