dear all legal experts
there is a case wherein the Economic offence wing has seized one tenants property in the rented property of land lord. the land lord wants the seized goods to be taken away from his property. the economic offence wing has put a seal before the door of the land lords property.. kindly help me with the procedure so that the goods are taken away.
