Sir i bought a site adjacent to my ancestral property.... There is a path for me from my own site to panchyat road which passes behind my ancestral property....
Me(easement right) and the owners who has sold the site adjacent to my ancestral property have absolute rights over the path... In view of ancestral property ,we dont have any right over that path....now my brother who is living in our ancestral property has occupied that path and blocked the way... Actual owners of the path are too old to go around courts and are asking us to settle ambically...but my brother is refusing to vacate that path...please help me how to proceed
