Earned leave encashment

Persons joins company on 1.6.2015 & resigned from job 3.4.2016. He had not completed the full year but completed 240 Days working. Is he entitled for Earned Leave encashment with full & final settlement? as he had not completed the calendar year.

What is this establishment; Govt, PSU, private,Commercial/Industrial etc?


What is its line of business?


What was your designation and nature of duties as in appointment letter and in practise?

Is employee under probation period or confimed?

Does standing orders (Model/standing) apply to establishment and your designation and do you have the copy?


You were located in which state?

You are working since how many months?


The Redg.,reporting,HO was in which state?

What was last drawn salary?

Are you a member of employee's/trade unions?
