Employer never forces any employee to sign agreement..  The agreements are not made exclusively for you, and it is an uniform format and  you have taken employment agreeing for all the conditions.  You have already decided to resign and may have to face consequences if any in future from employer.  But in general, no employer wishes to enter into such litigation, as it is a time waster and the outcome in his favour is not certain.

All employers entrap helpless employees, you are not an exception.

Show the document (bond) to a local lawyer practicing service matters.
