I am Sarath Kumar from TN, I am unemployed for three months and I took an Auto loan in Axis bank, unfortunately I couldn't pass the EMI for two months, and for this month I am already keeping enough funds in my account.
Bank representative came to my home and shouted that either pay the EMI by end of the day else handover the car to them.
Will bank have the rights to cease the car if I failed to pay two months EMI?
Please suggest me, representative is saying that I have to face legal actions if I failed to pay by today evening before 3.00pm
