I participated SBI E-auction on 08.03.17 and successfully won the bid and got sales certificate from bank meantime borrower payed full loan amount after the Auction was completed before registering the same, opponent party filed a case and got stay order from registration now case is on progress will it be worth of waiting, however the bank cooperation was very slow what to do? Generally how long it takes to finish this kind of cases?
