Dying harness case

i just wanted to ask that ,
my friends father died during service and his mother is a pantioner so would he get the job in dying harness cheme

One can apply for Compassionate appointment. But there are several conditions which need to be fulfilled - like the income of the family should not be above certain limit, immediate availability of vacancies etc. etc. Any way, ask your friend to apply.
